Currently serving a third term as Vice President. I moved to our neighborhood in 2006. I am currently enjoying semi-retirement. I recently gave up on my incognito lifestyle because I saw a need to protect the Association, so I volunteered to become a YCHCHPOA Board member. My goal in this position is to be informed and likewise to inform our Association members of neighborhood and Association business (Hence this informative website). I take Fiduciary responsibility very seriously and will uphold my Duty of Care, the Duty of Loyalty, and the Duty to Act Within the Scope of my Authority as a board member of YCHCPOA. I'm married to Tammy, and we have six adult children and thirteen grandchildren. I am a former U.S. Navy Deep Sea Diver and currently own a few businesses. Diving is still my passion, and there is no better place to enjoy the underwater vistas. I look forward to serving on the YCHCHPOA Board of Directors in 2026 and hope I can meet most everyone's expectations.

Ethleene Johnson served as the Treasurer/Secretary in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. We are happy to announce she was re-elected to remain Treasurer/Secretary for 2026.
My family left the island when I was a senior at Country Day. While on the mainland, I achieved a master's degree in technology management and a professional certification in project management. I’ve enjoyed working for companies like Honeywell International and am excited about my upcoming retirement from Kaiser Permanente this coming December. I dreamt of moving back to the island to build my retirement home for years: I purchased in the neighborhood in September 2020, moved back in January 2021, and broke ground in August 2021. I look forward to living in the neighborhood and serving this community.
